Founded over 40 years ago, PK Housing & Management continues to excel in its core business of managing multifamily real estate. We currently oversee more than 140 properties and 5,000 units across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, California, and Alabama. While most of these properties are owned by PK Companies, we treat each community with the same dedication and care. Our team works closely with property owners, investors, and government agencies to create comfortable homes and foster welcoming neighborhoods.
